Tube Jacking

Tube Jacking is a new phenomenon that was created by The Dude Club on February 15, 2008. It entails entering false, annoying, or entertaining information on Wikipedia, You Tube, or other sites simply to enrage users. We then post screen shots of the posts for your enjoyment.

Although Tube Jacking was officially named and accepted into Dude Club Canon on the 15th of February. It was first demonstrated in a Wikipedia post about the Tunguska Event.

For 15 minutes last December it was acknowledged on Wikipedia that in fact aliens did have something to do with the Tunguska Blast of 1908.

Now my friends lets get busy.

Love it! If I don’t see you at work on tuesday, I’ll know that you got knocked off by a disgruntled YouTube nerd.

I have discovered tube jacking takes considerable skill to pull off successfully. There is a fine line that needs to be walked between being rediculous and credible enough that people think you’re serious.
